Cheers with O’Brien – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Cheers with O’Brien competition, running from 17 June to 31 August 2025.

How to Enter

To enter the Cheers with O’Brien competition, participants must:

  • Post a photo or video of themselves enjoying O’Brien Beer
  • Tag @obrienbeer
  • Tag a friend they’d like to share a case with
  • Use the hashtag #OBrienBeer
  • Ensure their profile is set to public at the time of judging

The entry must clearly feature O’Brien Beer. Participants are responsible for obtaining the product themselves. Entries that do not include O’Brien Beer will not be eligible.

Prize & Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected each Tuesday during the campaign period, based on entries from the previous week
  • Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and alignment with the O’Brien Beer brand
  • Each winner will receive:
    • 1 case of O’Brien Beer for themselves, and
    • 1 case for the tagged friend
  • Prizes include delivery within Australia only
  • Winners will be contacted via the account used to post the entry and announced publicly once confirmed
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected

Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a resident of Australia
  • Follow all entry mechanics listed above

Content Usage

By entering, participants grant O’Brien Beer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their submitted content (with credit) across:

  • Social media
  • Email campaigns
